Our Mission Statement

First and foremost, we are a state licensed occupational school dedicated to educating individuals in the art and ethics of professional bartending and exceptional customer service.  Coupled with our core mixology curriculum, which upon successful completion leads to a formal bartender certification, our dual mission is to stand directly behind each and every graduate as they seek employment in the trade. While we are well aware of our roles and responsibilities as educators, and certainly take great pride in our abilities and accomplishments as such, we do realize that our "bottom line" effectiveness as an organization is most significantly measured by the success of our graduate population in the field.

Our Philosophy

We believe in a practical mixology education, one achieved through a staff of highly competent, field experienced mixologists.  While hands-on, practical experience and up-to-date facilities provide the foundation for our program, ethics and the theory of bartending are stressed throughout.  The entire curriculum we offer, and the approach to it which we foster, is focused on assisting individual students in meeting current entry-level job market requirements.  Our academic goal is to provide each student, in an efficient and effective manner, with the knowledge and skills necessary to acquire and maintain gainful bartending employment.  We also consistently strive to instill a strong positive and ethical attitude towards bartending.  This mindset, we are aware, is a common denominator for the finest professionals to be found in any trade.
