White Plains Bartending School

I wanted to write this letter to show my appreciation to what I have learned and gained from the National Bartenders School. I want to thank Barbara who, with her personality, positive attitude and excellent teaching ability has made me a more confident person. I didn't believe I would be able to learn all the drinks and put my ability to work, but she put confidence in not only myself, but also each one of her students. Each night I looked forward to going to class because of the way Barbara taught the lessons. She made it interesting and fun to learn. The two weeks I spent in class was well worth the money and the time. My experience at the National Bartenders School didn't just make me a bartender, but it also made me gain new friends. Because of NBS, my fellow classmates and myself have become qualified bartenders and can now put the information we've learned to work

I can't believe those two weeks are already over! Its amazing how much a person can learn form only such a short period of time, and this education was way more than expected. I am so impressed with the professional school you run, and a great portion of your success goes to your wonderful staff Vanessa and Nicole. I have had the great privilege of working with them both and every lesson was better than the next. Vanessa's presence created an ideal learning environment where every student feels comfortable and eager to learn. Her teaching skills are so encouraging, and she is ready to guide the students every step of the way. In addition to Nicole's humor, she is always demonstrating techniques and giving away bartending secrets to truly prepare us for the real bartending world. I have taken so much more than mixology from his lessons. I strongly feel that the National Bartenders School should be a part of a university or of higher learning because the knowledge I have learned exceeds what a regular bartender school is about. Thank you for welcoming me into your school and I look forward to the bartending business

Just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed the course that was given to me at National Bartenders School, and that the course was very interesting. Our instructor, Petra made the course both informative and very entertaining, and I was treated with professionalism by you and your staff. I would definitely recommend NBS to anyone who might be interested in becoming a bartender. Again Thank you.

I've just completed 40 hours of bartending/mixology training at your Fairfield, Connecticut location and felt compelled to write a note of thanks. Every session was a new experience. We all had a great time learning in this unique educational environment. Who knew mixology could be such fun! Petra Haynes is a terrific instructor. Her charisma, energy, enthusiasm and industry knowledge is outstanding. Barbara Pak is also a very enlightened instructor who takes pride in the school, eagerly shares her knowledge, and can really pour some great cocktails! This school rocks! National Bartenders School, is no nonsense training (cleverly disguised) amidst all the catch phrases, rock music and demonstrations. Add to that mix team spirit and professionalism; shake, and top off with modern equipment and excellent technique, and you have poured out one terrific program! Naturally, I will highly recommend this course. I thank you all for a memorable experience.
