White Plains Bartending School

I was so impressed by the way Petra never failed to miss a mistake - it made me feel comfortable knowing I was working with an instructor who knew her trade so thoroughly. She was willing to have faith in any student, no matter what their ability, and happily helped anyone who had the desire to work and learn. I also appreciated the moments when we segued from conversation about the course to talking about our days, our families, etc.- it gave me an insight into the type of personality that makes a great bartender. Thank you, Petra.

I learned so much in 5 days! Petra was one of the best teachers I have ever had. She was clear, concise and efficient when teaching and always approachable. Bartending class from 9-5 was a time-consuming immersion program, but it's been one of the best classes I've taken.

I would absolutely recommend this course. I learned so much and had fun every minute. I think there should have been a little more time spent on party shots, wine and beer, since they are all important to know well when behind a bar

Got way more than I expected. This was fun. I looked forward to coming in every day. The way it was taught made everything easy. I was surprised at how much I learned in such a short time.

Regardless of getting a job as a bartender, I still feel that I've gained a tremendous amount of valuable and practical knowledge that I will use throughout my life.

Being behind the bar for the first time is not easy, but Petra was able to guide us and help us everytime she saw us struggling. I realy liked how quickly she pointed out our mistakes and politely helped us correct them.

I thought I knew about mixing drinks and alcohol before coming here. I was mistaken. Now my knowledge of mixology, and liquor in general, has grown one hundred fold. We'll see when I start making $$ ... Just kidding. I enjoyed every minute of it, even when making mistakes and getting frustrated.

Petra was amazing and even when I didn't believe in myself, she believed in me. She gave me the confidence to do everything I had to do to pass. Also, Barbara was the absolute sweetest and made me feel so comfortable and taught us a lot of things that were not even in the book and on the sheets. After finishing there I walked out with the confidence I needed and found myself a job within a month.

I loved Vanessa. She was great! I really liked how the class had hands on experience. It made me more interested in the class rather than sitting all day. The drills really helped me as well.
